Here are renderings and pictures of a 5 story multi-family building that is currently under construction on N. Broad St. in Philadelphia, PA. The building has 32 residential units, one commercial unit, underground parking, and a roof top deck. The residential units are a mix of one, two, and three bedroom units. All of the units have elevator access from the below grade parking to the roof top deck.

From the outside, the building looks like a basic rectangular building. However, the challenges in the design of this building are that the property is an “L” shaped property with street frontage on 3 streets. The shape of the property also bends around existing buildings to the South. The narrow side of the building on N. Broad St. is only 38 ft. wide.
