Townhomes in Philadelphia, PA

Here are pictures from a completed townhome project on Christian St. in Philadelphia, PA. The entire project consisted of six townhomes. Two of the townhomes are pictured here at the front of the property and the other four townhomes are at the back side of the property. The two townhomes on the Christian St. side have an opening at grade level for the purpose of driveway access. As off-street parking is always a concern with new construction in Philadelphia, the driveway access included in the design allowed for off-street parking for all six townhomes.

The two townhomes pictured here are each 4 stories in height, plus a Basement and roof top deck. Each home has 3 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 separate 1/2 baths, Kitchen, Living Area, Dining Area, and home work area. An elevator provides occupant access from the Basement to the roof top deck. On the front elevation, there are a series of rectangular windows on the left and right side that extend up the height of the building. These windows are in the stairwell and provide ample natural light to the interior of the homes.
